Dirk Schilling has been Chief Financial Officer of Aareon AG since 1 April 2023. Before, he was CFO of Serrala Group, a global software provider for automated financial processes and B2B payments, for more than five years. There, he was also responsible for the Human Resources and Legal departments. Prior to that, he was CFO at Alltours. Previously, he held management positions at Hans Soldan GmbH and Bechtle AG.

Dirk Schilling studied at the University of Cologne, graduating with a degree in business administration.
