Dr. Ernesto Marinelli has been a member of the Management Board of Aareon AG since 1 July 2022 and is in charge as Chief People Officer. Before he joined Aareon, he worked for SAP for more than 15 years, since 2015 as Senior Vice President. Most recently, he was Head of Global People Success Services. In this role, he was leading the newly formed Global People Success Services (GPSS) organization, uniting all business-facing People-channels of SAP. Previously, Dr. Ernesto Marinelli was Head of Human Resources for Customer Success and Head of HR, Board Area Global Customer Operations EMEA and Greater China. He joined SAP in 2005 as a recruiter.

Dr. Ernesto Marinelli earned a Master Degree in General Linguistics and a PHD in German Linguistics at the University of Würzburg in Germany.
