Extensive Support
The Aareon Support unit comprises Product Support and Development Support. Product Support deals with disruptions and problems related to operating Aareon software solutions. Development Support – as the name suggests – supports the specialist development of the software.
Several hotline teams offer assistance and support on problems and queries related to our products. Customers can also turn to our user help desk regarding technical problems encountered when accessing the GES ERP system.
Target group-oriented training
Aareon AG offers a wide variety of customer training and seminars, aimed at enabling them to implement Aareon software as effectively as possible. The Aareon advisors support the customers in drawing up relevant training plans.
Aareon training centres are situated at seven locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Leipzig, Dortmund, Mainz, Stuttgart and Munich. In addition to the courses held at these centres, training can also be held directly at customers’ premises.
The range of our training courses covers – besides the product related seminars – courses on all kinds of topics related to the property sector and to information technology.
