Harry Thomsen sets up a new Aareon's Management Board team

The Aareon Supervisory Board appoints Dr Ernesto Marinelli to the Management Board as Chief People Officer. Sabine Fischer, Chief Market Officer, who will retire, is followed by Rumyana Trencheva. Both come from SAP.

Mainz, 30 May 2022 – The Supervisory Board of Aareon, a leading provider of ERP software and digital solutions for the European property sector, has appointed Rumyana Trencheva and Dr Ernesto Marinelli to the Management Board with effect from 1 July 2022. Marinelli will in future be responsible for the newly created board function as Chief People Officer (CPO). Trencheva has been appointed Chief Market Officer (CMO) and will succeed Sabine Fischer, who is taking her long-planned retirement.

With more than 20 years of experience, Dr Ernesto Marinelli is a proven expert in human resources (HR) and transformation. He is currently Global Head of Global People Success Services at SAP.

Rumyana Trencheva has extensive international experience in building strong sales teams in different countries, transforming go-to-market sales strategy and building new business models to increase business application sales and technology adoption. She is currently Global Chief Revenue Officer of Partner Ecosystem Success at SAP.
