Management Board of Aareon Germany reshuffles
Dr. André Rasquin will take over the management of Aareon Deutschland GmbH from 1 July 2022, in addition to his role as member of the Aareon Management Board. New Aareon Management Board member Rumyana Trencheva will also join the Management of Aareon Deutschland GmbH.
Mainz, 23 June 2022 - In the course of the organisational changes in the Management Board of Aareon AG, the management of Aareon Deutschland GmbH is also reshuffled. It is a subsidiary of Aareon AG, the leading technology company for the property sector in Europe. Dr. André Rasquin and Rumyana Trencheva will take up their positions on the Management Board of Aareon Deutschland GmbH on 1 July 2022.
In future, Dr. André Rasquin will be responsible for chairing the Management Board of Aareon Deutschland GmbH, in addition to his function as a member of the Management Board of Aareon AG. This covers the markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He succeeds Torsten Rau, who is leaving the company at his own request. Dr. André Rasquin has held various management positions in the property industry, and has been a member of the Management Board of Aareon AG since 2010.
Rumyana Trencheva, who will become a member of Aareon's Management Board of the AG on 1 July, will simultaneously join the Management Board of Aareon Deutschland GmbH. She has extensive experience in building sales teams and supporting clients through the technological innovation cycle.
