Management-Buy-out: Aareon sells phi-Consulting GmbH
Aareon doubles down on SaaS strategy and increases focus on the core proptech business.
Mainz, 16 December 2022 – Aareon, Europe's leading technology company for the European property industry, sells 100% of shares in its consulting subsidiary phi-Consulting GmbH to the current management. phi-Consulting consults companies in the utility industry in optimising their system flows and business processes. The buyers are the three top managers of the business today who will continue to be phi-Consulting’s management. Closing of the transaction is expected in Q1/2023.
Aareon CEO Harry Thomsen comments: “Aareon decided to focus on its goal to become Europe’s leading SaaS proptech.
