Dr. Manfred Alflen, CEO of Aareon AG, said: “Aareon's international business has performed very well in recent years. The Scandinavian market is an important part of implementing our strategy given its high proportion of institutional investors. Like the majority of the Aareon Group's other solutions, Incit AB's ERP systems are based on Microsoft technology. They are also designed for use in multiple currencies and countries. This means that they complement our service portfolio perfectly. Our customers will now additionally benefit from the experience of our experts in Scandinavia.”

Göran Johansson, CEO of Incit AB: “By focusing squarely on the property industry and becoming an integral part of the Aareon Group, we can offer numerous benefits to our customers, for example providing data centre services from the exclusive Aareon Cloud. The international exchange of expertise within a strong group will also boost our strong growth path in Scandinavia.” Under the umbrella of the Aareon Group, Incit AB will continue its successful growth strategy – retaining its existing management and independent market identity – at its current locations in Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands.
