Aareon acquires Haufe-Lexware Real Estate and secures its future outside Haufe Group

Mainz/Freiburg, June 13, 2024 - Aareon and Haufe Group have signed an agreement for the acquisition of Haufe-Lexware Real Estate AG (HLRE) by Aareon. HLRE, a German provider specialising in software for the property industry, particularly housing management, is to be further developed and placed on a sustainable foundation under the umbrella of Aareon.

In recent years, Haufe Group has successfully strengthened its strategic focus as a B2B provider of content, software and training for corporate services with a broad, cross-industry market orientation. HLRE's highly specialised solutions, however, address very specific customer groups in a concentrated market segment of property managers and housing companies.

The closing of the transaction is expected for June 30, 2024. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality about the purchase price.
