Harry Thomsen

Chief Executive Officer

Harry (Hartmut) Thomsen is a seasoned executive with around three decades of experience in the enterprise software and technology sector. He has served as CEO of Aareon Group, Europe’s established provider of SaaS solutions for the property industry, since April 2022.

Under his leadership, Aareon has significantly expanded its product portfolio and market reach, completed its carve-out and transition into an independent company, and advanced AI-driven innovation across the Aareon Property Management System.

Before joining Aareon, Harry Thomsen spent more than ten years at SAP, most recently as President of the Middle and Eastern Europe region, overseeing sales and customer engagement across more than 30 countries. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the region and as Managing Director of SAP Germany, following senior roles at IBM, Oracle and Siemens Nixdorf.

In addition to his role at Aareon, he serves as a Non-Executive Director of Dedalus Group and as Chair of BauSecura.

Harry Thomsen studied business administration in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He is married and has three children.
