By embedding AI into its Property Management System, Aareon is making everyday management easier and helping the property industry take the next step in digital transformation.
Building on this approach, Aareon has recently expanded its AI footprint with two strategic additions and the launch of purpose-built AI agents for managing repetitive tasks.
In the United Kingdom, the Group acquired Help me Fix, a leading AI-native platform for repair diagnostics and video triage. Its flagship solution, Aidenn, speeds up damage assessment and boosts efficiency in day-to-day operations.
In the Netherlands, Aareon expanded its AI product suite by acquiring Tripleblue. These solutions provide homeowner associations with faster access to critical information, streamlined processes, and a significant reduction in administrative workload.
Both Aidenn and Tripleblue bring leading-edge technologies that will deliver new capabilities for Aareon customers across Europe.
In the Nordics, Momentum is driving Aareon’s AI evolution with the launch of "Momentum Intelligens" and its virtual assistant Milo, while building out the Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard to support smarter, data-driven property and energy management.
In Germany, Aareon also launched in July AAVA, its next generation of AI-powered solutions. Developed and tested in close co-creation with customers, these agents take over repetitive tasks, optimise workflows, and raise tenant service to a new level.
