Mainz/Paris, September 16, 2026 – Aareon, Europe's established provider of software solutions for the real estate industry, has acquired lmnp.ai, a fast-growing French provider of AI-native solutions for property owners of furnished residential apartments.
The acquisition adds an AI-native platform for property accounting and tax filing to Aareon's portfolio, further accelerating the company's AI strategy.
lmnp.ai combines proprietary technology with deep expertise in a highly regulated tax domain. The platform automates complex accounting and tax processes end-to-end, delivering completed tax filings directly to customers and enabling them to fulfil their obligations independently, efficiently and cost-effectively.
The acquired business includes four brands and delivers over 90k tax filings annually to property owners.
