Aareon acquires Twinq
Aareon continues its international growth strategy by expanding its market presence in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Twinq, a management software specialist for the Dutch shared-ownership property management sector.
Mainz/Emmen, 10 May 2021 – Aareon, Europe’s leading Property Software company, has signed an agreement on 7 May 2021 for the acquisition of one hundred per cent of the shares in Twinq, Oosterhout, by Aareon Nederland B.V.
Twinq is a provider of management software for the Dutch shared-ownership property management sector. It offers various modern and web-based customer portals, such as the owner portal, collection portal and contractor portal, that help reduce the administrative burden of property management for customers.
