Aareon acquires IESA and expands to Southern Europe
Aareon announces the acquisition of IESA, Spain’s leading and fast growing software provider for the residential real estate segment
Mainz, 9 August 2023 ‒ Aareon, the leading provider of SaaS solutions for the European property industry, has signed an agreement to acquire Informatización de Empresas SLU (“IESA”), the number one software provider for residential real estate software in Spain.
Harry Thomsen, CEO of Aareon AG, states: "We are excited to welcome IESA to the Aareon Group and enter a new market by expanding to Spain. IESA´s rapid growth in providing software to digitally enable block management in Spain aligns perfectly with our product strategy."

The closing of the transaction is expected to take place this year, subject to the usual conditions and regulatory approvals.
